If you haven’t heard, the autumn auto update for the Xbox 360 has caused some consoles to sputter and die.
Microsoft acknowledges their boo-boo and assures all victims of the dead-by-update tragedy that everything will be okay. In fact, they’re working up close and personal with each person affected to resolve the issue.
