Display Multiple Clocks

I am working on a multi-location project where members come from different places in Asia, India, and US. Sometimes, I get confused on what time it is already on our members especially when I am waiting for an email response. Sure, there are lots of clock on the wall of our office, but it doesn’t cover all the countries or most especially, it doesn’t cover all the locations of our members. Aside from physical clocks, you can have multiple clocks in Windows Vista (maximum of 3) representing three different time zones.

Below are the steps to display multiple clocks:

1. Click the clock in the notification area on the taskbar.

2. The clock appears. Click on change settings of the date and time.

3. Open “Additional Clocks” tab.

4. Check the “Show this clock”. Set the time zone and give it a name

5. Repeat the operation until you get 3 clocks
