Jacques – You are absolutely right! Doing one thing per person isn’t easy. If it were, everyone would do it. Much as I’d like to say I do it every day, heck every week, I don’t. I aspire to do so, and when I do, I see the results. It’s SIMPLE though.

Shawn – Thanks for stopping by and weighing in with your question. I’ll answer your question in a future post so I can give it the thought it deserves. I read Dream Manager and have thought some about this question…but not enough to do it justice here.

I just read The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly, which talks about helping your employees achieve any of their important personal life goals.

Which leaves me wondering – in your opinion, how directly related to the person’s work should that one thing be?

1 thing a day is not easy. I would rather do one thing that made a difference to my whole team, and then deal with the individual people.
