Driving drunk – you know we shouldn’t do that. But did you know that driving buzzed is just as bad?
The Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving campaign is geared towards prevening more road deaths and accidents due to alcohol. Here is the information:
The pledge is part of the “Buzzed Driving is Drunk Driving” campaign, asking drivers to remember that driving impaired under the influence can have the same deadly consequences as driving drunk. In 2007, 34% of all drivers involved in a traffic-related crash during the 4th of July holiday period had a BAC of .08 or higher, demonstrating how important it is for individuals to give up their keys to someone who has not had one too many drinks.
So, will you sign the pledge, the pledge not to drive buzzed?
