You might be surprised how many &quot;corporate&quot; Lean practitioners carry over what they do in Lean on the job back into their personal lives.

Creating processes that work for you is absolutely critical. Once you&#039;ve done that you should periodically return and rexamine. That&#039;s how you continually improve.  Must always remember, too, about things you perhaps should not be doing at all.  Eliminating work you should not do is much better than doing it well. It works for a company of many and it works for a company of ONE!
