Solid info, but in my experience the suggestions shared to build brand starpower -- packaging, sharing helpful tips, positioning yourself as a leader in your industry -- are tactical execution issues. Suggest that the primary strategic issue begins with knowing the emotional connections your customers make to your company and products. Why should your customers give a rip about your brand? For example, why do your products or services delight, inspire or nurture them? If you can't authentically connect your company brand to what your customers care about deeply then, in my experience, the chances of 'starpower' are slim indeed.
