Hey, true that. In a weird way, those cheesy little dunking “cutscenes” will always be more impressive to me than lifelike jersey physics and real-time sweat.

Ei, Frankie. Just dropped by your blog. Pretty 1337. Hehe. Yeah, Arch Rivals is still a pretty cool game, even based on today's standards. Don't discount Double Dribble, though. Frankly, I'd rather play Double Dribble than the NBA Live series. :)

Yeah, Arch Rivals is still a fantastic game. I recently posted a review of it on my blog, actually. Gave it four stars, and that’s based on today’s standards.

Double Dribble…not so much. I remember the cut-aways for dunking and such were a huge deal back in the day, but now, they’re pretty laughable.

As a guy who only became an NBA fan within the decade, I regret not being one when this came came out. I know that if I was I would have found this game cooler than I remembered it to be. Still fun though!
