Dracula: Origin - A Preview
Alex Lucard, a guy over at Diehard Gamefan was actually lucky enough to receive an advanced demo copy of Dracula: Origin by the company that will be publishing it in the US: The Adventure Company. As with any hard core gamer who has an advanced copy of a game and a means to write about it on the internet, Alex wrote a nice little preview of the game that pretty much sums up what I thought about the game - it’s going to be FREAKING AWESOME.
In the hour and a half demo that Alex received, he got to figure out 5 to 6 different puzzles and get a feel of what we’ll find in the full version. He lets us know that the puzzles were some of the best he’s seen in an adventure game and believes that they’re probably the most innovative he’s seen.
Hmm, okay, that’s pretty cool.
He also talks about graphics and how amazing they are. He even goes as far as saying that “… honestly, this is arguably the best looking game I’ve seen this year.”
Alright, sounding even better…
Alex even says that this game might win 2008 Game of the year.
YES!
And what’s better? The game will only be a measly $19.99. Okay, I’m so sold on this game.
To read more about Alex’s preview, check it out here. We can expect to see the game out in stores on May 20th.
I can’t wait!
