DragonQuest V Screens

Yaaay! DragonQuest V media!

Yaaay! Over here!

Incidentally, July’s issue of Nintendo Power has some rare character art of the Devil Cat as a devil kitten. It’s pretty much the most disgustingly cute thing I’ve seen all this month. If you find the issue, take a look and you, too, can die a happy death induced by diabetes.

Enjoy!

So, Squenix, how about an English name and release date.

I wonder if they’ll just stick to DragonQuest V. I personally think the series should have remained Dragon Warrior; it’s been that way for so long in the US. It’s as if Capcom decided to change Mega Man back into Rockman.

Six of one, half a dozen the other to me, I was just assuming it would have a subtitle. Similar to how DQ4 DS has the subtitle “Chapters of the Chosen” unless I’m much mistaken.

  4. Nadia says:

Oh shoot, you’re right. Japan’s always had a hard-on for subtitles. Looks like the trend is slowly catching on in the US. DQ VIII was still Journey of the Cursed King, so I think Squeenix will oblige us nerds who missed out with the original Dragon Warriors.
