Drunk King Kong?

I’m still laughing.
The news clip wasn’t referring to that giant gorilla we saw in the movie with the same title. Uh — scratch the word, drunk, of course, and drop the question mark. Heh.
Anway, that’s the reason why I’m laughing. How will the gorilla look when drunk? Pffft.
It was about the world and Olympic champion in Table Tennis, Kong Linghui. He also happens to be the coach of China’s national team.
Kong was detained for less than 24 hours and was fined an amount, around US$225 for driving his Porsche, drunk, into a taxi. OUCH. Poor car. However, he was released upon “acknowledgement” of the violation since the crash didn’t result to anything serious and his driving license was revoked for 6 months.
He got off easy, mind you. According to the article, he should’ve been fined with an amount equivalent to US$625 and a maximum of 15 days retention.
I reckon King Kong should join AA, don’t you?
