DTV Converter Coupons Now Available

DTV Converter

Well, with only 413 days as of 1/1/08 to go before the Digital Television transition, the US government is now accepting requests for coupons for the digital converter boxes that have yet to be released. The form takes just a minute to fill out (name, address, etc., as well just two questions about your household), although it says it may take a few minutes to submit your request. The coupons are worth $40, and while the exact cost of the boxes haven’t been announced, you can most likely expect to either pay nothing or a small amount of money. This will become clearer once the boxes are eventually released.
