Duke: "In Our Defense, We Suck…"

Duke is so bad at football that they’re winning court cases based on their suckage.
Earlier this yeah, Louisville sued Duke because they decided that they didn’t want to play them over the next three years. The contract between the schools calls for “$150,00 penalty per game if a date with a team of similar stature could not be scheduled.”
Duke gets out of paying the $450,000 penalty because the judge sided with Duke’s lawyers – Duke is SO bad that ANY Division I team would be able to replace them. In other words, no matter WHO replaced Duke, it would a better option for Louisville!
I mean, really, they’re right. Duke’s record over the last nine seasons is 13 and 90. NINETY. So, yeah, it was a good argument…and they won the case…but somehow, I feel like its like all the teams were standing around at a party and Duke just yelled out “I HAVE A SMALL DICK!!!”
