Dustin Hoffman May Not Be a Focker

The Hollywood Reporter is saying that Dustin Hoffman has pulled out of the upcoming sequel, Little Fockers. It’s not clear what happened (if anything) so I guess we’ll have to wait and see if it’s really true.  It’s listed as being “rumored” on his IMDb profile and the only upcoming project I see is in Kung Fu Panda: The Kaboom of Doom and that’s just a voice role.

I hope that he comes back as the father of Ben Stiller’s character, Greg (Gay) Focker.  He was perfect as the husband of Barbra Streisand.  I can’t imagine how this movie would work without grandparents since it’s all about Greg and his wife, Pamela (Teri Polo), having a baby.
