Have you ever eaten something not so healthy shortly before bed and have just a terrible nightmare? It’s happened to me several times. Some people think it’s just hear-say, but others know that’s what really happens. A recent article in Augusts Men’s Health Magazine says that eating better can bring better and more vivid dreams. Even the one’s of sexual nature, so eat up! Check it out.

Want an escape? Eating better may lead to a more interesting night’s sleep, reports scientists at Santa Clara University. In the study, people who maintained healthy diets experienced more vivid dreams, including the sexual kind, than those who regularly ate the most fast food. The researchers aren’t sure how specific foods affect dreaming, but emerging research suggests that higher blood-sugar levels, which are often the result of weight gain or high carbohydrate intake, may reduce the amount of time spent in deep slumber.
