Eddie Cibrian to Join “CSI: Miami”

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Eddie Cibrian will be joining the cast of CSI: Miami as a regular. His character will be an officer who has been transferred from the Hollywood division (how original). 
It’s unbelievable but this show has been on the air for eight seasons (which premieres this fall) so viewers are still interested after all this time.
In case the name sounds familiar, I feel compelled to mention the Cibrian has been at the heart of some major drama with country singer, LeAnn Rimes, after they starred in that made-for-tv movie, Northern Lights.
First, they were spotted together on, what looked like, a date where a video camera captured LeAnn sucking on Eddie’s fingers. Since they are both married, they naturally denied the affair but it’s hard to believe that nothing happened with Cibrian’s wife, Brandi Glanville, accusing LeAnn of stalking her husband.
Hopefully, the drama in Cibrian’s personal life will settle down so that he can focus on his new job.
