In my state, one of the ballot questions is to eliminate the income tax. What a tough question...initially you think, wow, great, extra money in my check every month! But, where will they make up the difference? If the schools lose anymore, they are going to suffer even more than they already do. If they don't take it from the schools, where else will they take it? They won't just eliminate a huge source of income and walk away.
