Well, we witnessed two impressive performances tonight – UCLA made Xavier look rather pedestrian, which is hard to do. North Carolina showed why they are the prohibitive favorite to win the tournament as they dispatched of a red-hot Louisville squad.
I’m still waiting for a team to really push UCLA to the limit. Xavier was able to rattle UCLA for short periods of time, but weren’t able to sustain it long enough to make a big difference in the game.
Hopefully, Sunday’s games will live up to the hype as well.
