I'm pleased that you're clean and I think your doing great!! I am also clean and have been for years, don't ever give up and keep your head held high! Your a great role model and it takes guts to talk about all of the things that you have been through.I used to be very embarresed, but when I finally decide to say to talk about my addiction my thoughts were "Fuck It",and If someone wants to judge me "OK"!! I'm going to discuss it and get things out in the open!! It took alot out of me but I started feeling peice within myself. This is my favorite quote "Grant Me The Serenity to Accept The Things I Can Not Change and The Courage to know the difference"!! I go into dark scary places sometimes but I always come back stronger!! I have Multiple Sclerosis and I take alot of medications but I DO NOT ABUSE THEM! When I find myself in those dark scary places I refuse to let myself get back on the drinking and the drugs! Just remember who you are and stay positive, for that is what I do. I always think of children and my husband of 16 years and I want to be here for them and be a good role model for my children. I have learned that life is short and while I'm here, I'm going to make the best of it!!! Good Luck and remember you have alot of people in your corner!!! I have a daughter (20 years old) and a son(17 Years old)!! I enjoy being a Mom, and being a parent is one of the hardest jobs that I have ever had.They are my world!! My children are also fans!!
