After much delay, I finally was able to normalize both voices and remove the pops and hisses so I can share this great interview with you between Sybil Stershic and I about Employee Customer Care. We talked a little bit about her book Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most, and I highly recommend you buy yourself a copy of this insightful book.
