Enso Words: Your new universal spelling companion

enso-words.jpgHumanized, Inc. now offers Enso Words for free. It is a Windows-based (Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista)  universal spelling support software. Universal, I guess, in the sense that it works for all of your programs by just holding your CAPS LOCK button and issue commands like:

  • character count – counts the number of characters in the selection.
  • word count – counts the number of words in the selection.
  • spellcheck – spellchecks the selected text.
  • define – shows the definition of the selected or typed word.
  • thesaurus – shows synonyms of the typed or selected word.
  • done – dismisses a spellcheck window.

It has an online thesaurus support. I have downloaded it and tried it for myself. It’s around 12.3MB in size. For more product details, please click here to view a product tour.
