This is according to a report from Business Feet and it continued that this expert, Shaun Oakes, keywords and key phrases should be one of the factors of SEO that you should focus on.

In the report, Oakes had said, “It wouldn’t be sensible to focus your accommodation website around the term ‘luxury Wynberg villa’ if there is no demand for it.” And that is definitely a good point to consider. Why would you be using such a keyword if there are no people searching for that? Who would then be finding their way to your site?

Indeed, keywords is not everything. You would also have to look if there would be traffic coming in for the keywords you would be using.
