Colleen, I suppose this demonstrates the true nature of this particular “early adopter” crowd. Move on to greener pastures as soon as the platform starts to become mainstream. I do use Facebook every day still, mostly to keep in contact with the non 2.0 segment of my friends who’s only activity online tends to be on Facebook for the most part…

Facebook is still growing like crazy, and losing early adopters such as yourself is I think almost inevitable in many ways…for me it’s my account on Xing.

Jesse – good to know. I was more interested in the fact that Mashable had found that the early adopters, of which I am, were less interested in Facebook than we used to be. It was more about Mashable’s survey than yours.. I was just quoting you because it was where Mashable found their info…

My report has nothing to do with how end users are engaging with Facebook or the Facebook applications.

Rather, it’s only about how Facebook developers are engaging with the community and the level of success they can expect to see from using the Facebook Platform.
