Facebook Opens RSS Feeds

In May, Facebook enabled developers to plug applications in through the Facebook platform. What they didn’t provide, however, was an industry-standard way to pump data out of Facebook. That all changes today as Dave Winer discovers three unprotected Facebook RSS feeds: notifications, friends’ status updates, and friends’ posted items.
