Get your ass up and do some exercise then you don't have to worry about dieting. You can eat anything you like. Food is human's luxury. Why do we have to give up what we like?
Exercise is a secret of dieting.

C'mon now. Maybe a disgruntled employee may do that, but I'ce cream is Ice cream and the nuggets come frozen and get dropped in a deep fat fryer. Like I said, the only way that would happen if they have an employee that hates working there and hates the customers.

I find the fact that Mcdonalds employees hate their job because they have to deal with cutomers that look down upon them and the fact that they are not paid well, but that's fast food for you. Even the managers are not paid well. It's a miserable job that I would never want. I've worked in food service and fast food is not something I would make a career of because there is no gratification in it what so ever. Fine dining is a different story. When someone enjoys a Quarter pounder they don't compliment the cook but when you serve a perfect fillet at a nice restaurant you know the customer is satisfied and they often let you know.

Any cold cut sanwhich is going to be loaded with sodium as they add it to the meats as a preservative. But honeslty...it is still better than what you could get at mcdonalds, wendy's or burger king. There really aren't any fast food places that are good for you unless you stick to a salad with a lite dressing. Discipline and moderation and knowledge go a long way.

It doesnt take a rocket surgeon to figure out what is good for you and what is not good for you on sub sandwich. Obviously if your dumping a crap load of ranch of mayo on a sub it takes away from the nutritional value. If your smart about it and limit yourself to a six inch sub to try to control your carbs and pick lean meats and vegetables on wheat bread I think subway can be much better than any product from burger joints.

better than other fast food? I heard recently that they aren't entirely honest about the calories in the food and dressings. It's obviously better than mcdonald's for example, but is it healthy to eat it on a regular basis? Working in midtown nyc has many options but they're pricey. Even a salad can cost up to ten bucks a piece. It's tough being healthy without having much extra spending cash. Thanks for the post.
