The Great thing as far as the customer goes is this. Our average cleaning job is dry in an hour or less. When doing an average job 5 to 6 rooms. The first rooms you cleaned are dry before you even leave the house. In addition from the feed back I’ve received from customers. The Oxi Fresh process cleans BETTER than our competitors. which is the key to any successful business, the customer. They are able to see what our system does and how it dries before the tech leaves the house. As far as I’m concerned they ( the customer) are the only ones that count.

I started my first Oxi Fresh carpet Cleaning Franchis in April of 2008. The teamwork and support of the Oxi Fresh staff is second to none. If I have any questions about marketing, or methods to clean a carpet that I have not come across before I have an answer in minutes not days. It is very nice to have well trained people at the call center answer my phone for me, book my appointments, and be able to grab that information in a matter of minutes if I need it. There is an owners Forum available to all franchise owners on the Oxi Website, what a valuable tool. You can post a question, and get feedback from franchise owners all across the country. It is nice to have several opinions because it lets you test options for decisions about marketing, what has worked for one franchise may not work for others, so it gives you ideas outside the box of normal marketing.
Oxi Fresh has great marketing plans in place to get your franchise off the ground the first day of ownership. My first franchise has been very sucessful, so I started my second Oxi Fresh Franchise in Alaska. It was started on May 1, 2009. My Alaska franchise is growing very rapidly, and the customer feedback is very positive in both of my franchise territories. I was one of the early frachise’s within the Oxifresh Family. I have nothing but respect for the owners and their drive to make this the number one carpet cleaning francise in the nation. I started my first franchise in November 2008 and my customer base has grown and continue to grows every month. The Oxi Fresh cleaning system is a superior way of cleaning carpets. Carpets become cleaner and more stains are removed with a small fraction of the water compared to old fashion conventional steam cleaning operations. Once someone becomes a customer, they are always thrilled and pleased with the service we provide.
In November of 2008 I began looking for something different to do with my investments.
