At this point the Oxi Fresh franchise is truly a ground floor opportunity. But more importantly it’s a ground floor opportunity doing the right thing in the right way. I’ve had one customer who has recommended and booked jobs for Oxi Fresh of Northwest Arkansas to 6 of their friends in just over a month. I’ve had cookies baked for me by grandmothers in their 80’s. I’ve had young children draw me pictures and pick me vegetables from their gardens for me to take home. I had one elderly customer who jokingly wanted to adopt me (despite my quite obvious appearance that I’m not adoption-eligible) because they were so pleased with all aspects of not only how the work turned out, but how we handled ourselves in doing it.

And the “green” part of the business? That’s an incredible topper to the story of Oxi Fresh of Northwest Arkansas. When our customers see what we’re doing and that we’re doing it with products and processes that are completely environmentally friendly, they are willing converts to a continuing and growing business.

I was at a loss for something to add to this blog as it has all been said and it is all true. My franchise territory in the SF Bay Area is in it’s third month and growing.

One thing I find surprising is the response from my customers. I receive phone calls about once a week from customers thanking me for the job done. They are amazed at how well our process works compared to the competition. I had no idea how much business there was (and always will be) in carpet cleaning so it’s great knowing my customers will be back again and again!

As a former franchise broker and consultant, I have researched hundreds of franchises. I am just getting into the business but have been very impressed with the people and the support.
We had our carpet cleaned by Oxi Fresh before we bought the business because it was green and did not harm pets or kids. We were very impressed with the service and at the same time were looking for a business. It did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and was the best carpet cleaning system I had ever used.
Overall, this is a very impressive company and I am proud to be a growing part of this company.
