FF IV’s Elemental Lords Speak Out

Square-Enix’s remake of Final Fantasy IV for the DS will be available for American gamers this summer. To celebrate, I think we should all endure something silly.

Japan is blessed with a perplexing flash animator known as hyadain who has put together, among other cartoons, this song by the Four Elemental bosses from Final Fantasy IV. Rubicante, the Lord of Fire, thinks he’s the sexiest. What do you think, studio audience?

My favourite moments include Rubicante sitting dejected by the water while his friends play at the beach, and the truth about what’s really under his robe. He’s got…band-aids on his nipples, for starters.
