The web is littered with Microsoft haters and everyday you would come across a negative articles about Windows Vista.
Seldom do I read about someone writing about giving Windows Vista a Chance which is what Greg Shields actually wrote last 30 Apr.
In an excerpt:
These two facets, along with the substantive addition of Vista-only Group Policies and other management and security capabilities, align to make Vista the winning candidate for IT. So ignore the pundits and give Vista a chance.
I really like the security feature of Windows Vista and it gives me a high level of comfort whenever someone asks to use my laptop. I would just log him in a guest account mode and I can remain at peace without peaking at what he is doing in my computer.
Anyways, read the full article here.

Although my primary laptop is a Mac running Leopard, I have Vista running in Parallels on it for specific Windows apps and I also have it running on my son’s home (tera) system where he mixes music.
It’s a beautiful, rock solid operating system. I DID have a blue screen on my laptop, but the home computer has run brilliantly.
When a coworker of mine ordered his ‘downgrade to XP’, I told him to give Vista a try before going to XP. He’s finding that he loves it now.
I’d encourage everyone to give Vista a shot. I think Vista is a great OS, but so many online hate Microsoft that NO MATTER WHAT they released, it was going to get brutal press. Shame on them for not fighting the naysayers!
