It was something that my company and a lot of other online retailers were never interested in working with, Paypal just had the market dominated.

I have been trying to contact Firepay for a few weeks now via their website. My bank account is cancelled and I now have a new one. The only way change accounts is through their email contact info@firepay.com . Through them I get no response. Am I out of luck (and my money)?
