We have seen this sort all through the years, and the always seem to take the headlines when the economy turns bad and companies appear to be treating employees worse since they have the upper hand. I think people like this guy treat people like that regardless of the economic situation and truly believe that a hard hand is needed to ensure success in the business. Obviously his reaction is over the top, but I wonder given the time - will his business suffer or will the company continue to forge through with his Hitler like approach?
