My challenge with UnhappyFranchisee.com is to actually bring actionable ideas and attention from these negative experiences.  I think franchising has been somewhat stunted by us allowing problems to be hidden away rather than addressed.  Good industry people need to stop looking the other way when it comes to abuses and opportunists, also.  I think the &#039;net will transform franchising in the next few years - for the better.

An exciting time to be part of the industry.</description>
