Freedom of Speech and Blogging

declaration_400×300_image.jpgLorelle Van Possen blogs about WordPress, the free blogging software client used by many top bloggers. (and a good place to find blogs of interest).

She’s got a nifty article on the legal rights of bloggers with lots of good links. My favorite is to the Electric Freedom Foundation’s article Legal Guide for Bloggers. The EEF does a good job of supporting online rights and deserves support. This guide is just one example – and if you blog, you should book mark it.

Write well and often,

Thanks for the recommendation. Blogger rights are a big issue with me. We need to do more to educate other bloggers and our readers on the rights and responsibilities of blogging and commenting on blogs. Thanks for spreading the word!
