Knowing the keys to your success as a business owner is important to you be free to succeed. But the issue is that sometime you may feel that you are being held hostage by your business or client or even your employees. How can an entrepreneur become a hostage to their business? Good question!
To help you learn more about going from being a hostage of your business to being a “Free Entrepreneur”, I have included a video that has vital information to help you. One of the main points that this video points out is how to avoid allowing a “black box” into your business environment.
According to this video, a “black box” is where you allow an internal source or a single source learn a key area of your business that you as a business owner may not understand. The “black box” issue occurs when you as a business owner is held hostage by the fact that you don’t or can’t control your entire business without this source. Watch the video to hear the solution to this problem.
When you finish watching this video, please feel free to share your feedback or comments about how this video impacted you as a business owner. The next part in this series will be shared tomorrow.
