Friday Night Lights Gets Renewed

At a time when so many shows are being canceled in favor of reality TV programming, I’m sure the cast and crew (and fans) of NBC’s Friday Night Lights are relieved – the show has been picked up for at least another Friday Night Lights two seasons, despite the lack of good ratings.  Each season will consist of 13 episodes but they are considering filming it all back-to-back to cut doen on production costs.

In case you haven’t seen it, the drama is about a Texas high school football team.  You can watch full episodes on the NBC website and read through the episode guides to catch up on what you’ve missed if you haven’t been watching the show from the beginning.  I hear critics talking about how good it is but I’ve never given it a chance.  I guess it’s time that I watched at least one episode.

Do you like the show?  If you do, tell me what is good about it.

It’s a great show I’ve been watching it for a while now….. might be a little too much of a teen drama at times but still awesome. Coach Taylor is the most inspiring coach of all time.

Hmmm, maybe I will give it a chance! Thanks for the comment, Josh!
