FTC Spoofs FreeCreditReport.com

Freecreditreport.com has made a name for itself with fun commercials and catchy music. However, there is concern that the "free" credit report is misleading, since in order to get the report, it is necessary to sign up for a service. In an effort to combat this, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) released its own ads for annualcreditreport.com , which is free — no strings attached. Here is one of the spoofed ads.
