I find it curious that Dragon’s Den needs assistance to find worthy start-ups to invest in. Is it a coincidence that people are no longer arriving in droves to the Den’s doorstep, considering how shoddily they treated some participants over the past 2 years? I would think that the majority of the *authentic* startups would shy away from this venue ;-)

Interestingly, out of all the “deals” that were done in the first two seasons of Dragons’ Den, only one ever made it through due diligence and was signed, and now it is a basket case.

I think if you are a real entrepreneur, deep down, you are not going to be put off by the prospect of facing Dragons. You will take the challenge and use it as valuable experience. I mean these people really know how business works in the real world.
