Gas got you Down? Work from Home!

Unfortunately, with no real relief in site at the pumps, thousands of people are struggling to pay for high gas prices just to get to work. When it isn’t even worth it to drive to your job, you know something is wrong. What’s your option if gas is becoming too expensive? Work from home!

I work from home, and I know a number of other bloggers here at b5media also work from home. You don’t have to be a blogger though. Consider the following careers, all of which allow you to work from home:

• Freelance artist or graphic designer
• Web developer
• eBay powerseller
• Telemarketer/Cold-caller
• Virtual assistant
• Website designer

You can also sell ebooks on ClickBank, publish print books on LuLu, or sell your crafts on Etsy. Working from home is undoubtedly a greener option, so even if you don’t want to quit your job for the self-employed life, consider talking to your boss about telecommuting if possible, at least one or two days a week.
