Has the potential gelato scooping workforce become so scarce that franchise chains like Melt Gelato have to hire the dazed, confused and age-uncertain?

We’d expect this kind of thing from from the no-gurt slingers at Pinkberry, and the taterheads at SpudsToGo franchise, but we thought the Gelato folks had a little higher standards.
