George Carlin on Writing

Thanks to Brian Clark at Copyblogger.com for this wonderful post, complete with lovely and amusing quotes, from George Carlin called, you guessed it, George Carlin on Writing.
It’s hard to know exaclty how wide spread his influence was, but I have a hunch he was rolling in his grave this morning when I heard Rush Limbaugh mis-use one of Carlin’s riffs about global warming… I chuckled as the creator of the Ego In Broadcasting Network tried to claim Carlin as part of the proof there is no global warming. And yeah, I listen to Limbaugh once and awhile to know what the enemy is saying.
Anyway, I’m sorry Carlin is gone and I feel like the world was a better place with him in it. Fortunately his humor will go on for awhile.
