German iPhones Relocked

I failed to mention this story earlier, but a German court did overturn the temporary injunction issued against T-Mobile on December 4th. The injunction forced T-Mobile to sell unlocked iPhones in Germany capable of being on any GSM carrier.

You can still buy an unlocked iPhone in France due to the fact French law requires it to be unlocked after 6 months.
