    I stay in shape by chasing after 5 grandkids that I babysit. At the end of the day they have run off of me any extra calories I have taken in that day.

    I’m disabled and it’s pretty hard to follow a real exercise routine but I do walk several times a week and keep busy in my garden.

    I dont know if my last comment counted, so lets try it again! I like to run 3 to 4 miles a week about three times a week. Just had ankle surgery too!
