Yesterday, we talked about the benefits of exercise balls. So now, we are giving one away. The BalanceBall Chair by Gaiam was created with the help of chiropractic pioneer Dr. Randy Weinzoff. The chair can be used at home or in your office to strengthen your core muscles and improve spinal alignment. This chair set includes a 52cm (20 1/2 inch) BalanceBall that can be used for exercises with the chair or on its own.

Good luck!

I ride my bike the 3 miles to work and back.
I try to do aerobics on my stationary bike at least 5 days out of the week.
My fitness routine consists of cardio, pilates and yoga workouts 6 days per week!
RIght now, most of my fitness routine is lifting 15 lb twins all day. When I get back to my routine, it will include 1hr cardio 3-6x weekly and strength training 6x weekly, alternating upper and lower body. Flexibility training is nightly before bed and abs are almost daily.
Well I don’t really have a set routine. It usually consists of chasing my two year old around all day then pulling him in the wagon during a walk then playing outside.

Walking is usually how I exercise and routine would be to do it everyday
walking and swimming are my fitness routines con5459(at)gmail(dot)com
I try to vary my workouts so that my body doesn’t get too used to what I’m doing. I alternate walking on a treadmill, cycling on a recumbent Lifecycle and doing both aerobics and toning work to DVDs.
I follow a pretty standard fitness routine: each day I do 45-60 minutes of cardio (either on the stationary bike, walking, or jogging), three days a week I swim laps at my university’s pool, and on the weekends I play three to five sets of tennis (singles). Thanks for the chance to win this chair – my good friend owns one and it’s unbelievably comfortable and great for the back!

I take my dogs for walks around my neighborhood
my fitness routine leaves alot to be desired. im hugely overweight and cant seem to find the motivation to get moving. i always loved these balls as a kid so im hoping if i win i will be able to lose the extra weight.
I try to get out and walk, however, when I have any of the kids with me (4 kids) I constantly have to stop for one reason or another, its a little frustrating! I try to grab the dog and leave!
This would be great for my posture and back.
I don’t have a fitness routine. I wish I did.
Not as good as it should be- we play the wii and dance a lot, but I need more strength.
