Go Green with your Small Business Series

There’s so much information out there about going green with your office, but let’s face it – many of us run a small business that isn’t an office. My mother works for a winery. My dad used to own a deli/meat shop. My aunt runs a hair salon. Sure, I bet a lot of readers coming through here have accounting firms and law firms and other such traditional kinds of offices.
But what about the rest of you?
That’s why I’m introducing the “Go Green with your Small Business” series. Every few days, I’ll be featuring a type of small business that works outside of the traditional office setting, giving your tricks and tips for going green. From day cares to mechanic garages and everything in between, I’ll cover them all.
And this post will serve as a running list of all that I’ve covered so far – it will be continuously updated.
Have a non-office small business that you don’t see on the list? Tell me about it and I’ll be more than happy to feature your industry and talk about ways in which you can go green.
We can all find ways to be friendlier to the environment – you don’t have to be Wal-Mart to do your part. All small business owners can find ways to go green!
