Google Mail also adds RSS

December 9, 2005 by admin

Google has a cure for the inbox! Among other features, Google has now added a RSS reader into its Gmail service. Starting this week, you can see headlines from your favorite blogs and news sites right above your Inbox. The feature is called Gmail Clips (A clip is born?).
Ok, everybody knows that this was coming but still, it’s cool! Yahoo did the same thing with its mail-service last week, so the Gmail team couldn’t sit back. Now we just have to wait for Outlook to include RSS features in Microsoft’s new operating system, Vista, due out next year.
