Google Offers Site Optimization For Free

Have you got a site that you would like to optimize? Well, this may just be your thing.

In a blog entry, it was reported that Google is holding a contest and the search engine company has called it “Google Website Workout”. Yep. Your website would surely be going through a workout if you win the contest.

Here are some of the things you may want to know about this contest:

The Google Website Workout (“Contest”) is a contest in which entrants will tell Google why their website is in need of testing and optimization, and Google will select four (4) winners for such a testing and optimization. Prizes will be awarded to those who submit the best entries as determined by the judges in accordance with these Official Rules.

This contest is open only to participants who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.

This contest begins at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) Zone on June 3rd, 2008 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (PT) or 4:59 A.M. (GMT) on June 17th, 2008.
