Google Says Adios to Google Answers

After over 4 years of helping the world answering questions, Google Answers is now closed for new questions.

The official goodbye post gives a bit of insight into Google answers:

* Google Answers was the first project developed by Google.
* Google Answers started from a rough idea by Larry Page, and along with a 4-man crew they put it into reality within 4 months.
* Google Answers had more than 800 researchers answer questions over the years.
