Google Testing TV Ads in Northern California

Following the rumor of a possible Dish Network acquisition, TechCrunch points out a a WSJ article which is reporting that Google is conducting a small scale test of television advertisements in the Northern California town of Concord (east of San Francsicso).

It is noted that the TV ad market is currently worth $54 billion annually, far more than the $20 billion spent online.
