Google’s – KinderStart Suit Dismissed

Just in case you don’t remember, some 11 months back Google was sued by KinderStart who claimed that they had lost millions of dollars due to loss in ranking on Google. Apparently this suit was dismissed because KinderStart could not get their shit together for 11 months…

The instant case has been intensively litigated for more than eleven months. Under these circumstances, the Court concludes that there is no reasonable likelihood that KinderStart will cure the defects in the SAC [second amended complaint] by further amendment. Accordingly, the motion to dismiss will be granted without leave to amend.

Wasn’t it obvious from the getco?
