Got a Book? Market It

book.jpgOne of my favorite blogs about book writing is The Book Sistah. Sophfronia Scott knows her stuff, and she’s got a solid entry called How to Make Money With Your Book.

It doesn’t tell you everything about book marketing, but it sums up the basics really well. If you’ve got a book, or are thinking about one, pay attention. As Sophfronia points out, an average 7% royalty often adds up to much less than all of us hope.

Hi I’m a English major and I have hopes of having my writing published someday. I think it there are tons of “how to get your book published” guides out there and not enough material that keeps your realistic so I’m glad you are recommending this book. I’ll have to check it out, thanks.
