		<description>Instead of relying on frozen lean cuisines you should take a day on the weekend and prepare a lot of food and split it into tupperware containers.  Now you have your meals for next 4 -5 days.  Store it in the fridge and you have homemade lean cuisines.

It only takes a couple of hours and is realistic.</description>
